Hi All, I am looking for gram negative bacteria, which have a large periplasmatic space. I. e. the distance between the outer and the cytoplasmic membrane should be larger than in E. coli under normal osmotic conditions. Is anybody aware of such an organism? Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks, Stefan.
