I haven't posted here before.
When we make agarose gels we microwave them for about 3 minutes then
swirl the bottle then microwave for another minute or 2 checking for
boiling over. Works very well.
We used to use an agarmatic which made 9 liters at a time. We never had
problems with the gels with that.
