I'm looking for a publication which contains some basic information on
Bacillus subtilis. Specifcally the nutrients necessary for colony
growth, and composition of a suitable agar/culture medium. Most of
the publications I have found are far to specific and technical for my
needs.
I am also wondering if anybody knows if Bacillus subtilis is a
chemoheterotroph?
