Does anyone know of any method of getting plasmids into Aeromonas
salmonicida other than by conjugation?
I have tried electroporation using electorcompetent cells made by the E.
coli method but the cells remain viable but I cant get the
plasmids in. I have also tried the Magnesium Chloride transformation method
without success.
