I wish to run an experiment in order to maximize lambda phage growth.
Specifically I wish to maximize the number of virions my E.coli will
contain before lysing.
From what I see the problem divides into several parts. Attachment,
Penetration.....and the last one Replication.
The first 2, I've managed to research, though any other ideas are
welcomed. It is the lysing that goes with replication that I wish to
control....
Any Ideas?
Media? Cofactors? ect?
