Thanks for the reply. To clarify, I am NOT a doctor, and to my knowledge, I've
never implied that I am.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not averse to acupuncture for some things (my mother had
acupuncture and quit smoking after 48 years - to be fair, two of her friends,
with just-as-long smoking habits, had the same treatment and are still smoking
away, and they're 79 years old!) so I think you have to consider its track
record sometimes.
I think a second urological opinion makes more sense before going straight to
the needles.
