Hello Bionetters,
Does anyone know the identity of the "TTC"
reagent in Clontech's new CLONdiscs.
Evidently when used in screening
transformed Ecoli lac+ will appear blue
and lac- appear red. It seems more definitive
that blue/white. I couldn't find any thing
on Medline with TTC.
