We've got at least 120 people in our lab and an awful lot more in our local
group.
Communication is a big problem.
Most of the senior staff have Lotus notes, there are various meetings
between different
groups and at different grades, some formal presentations
(which reminds me I have to do one on laboratory accreditation)
All in all a big group and difficult to keep in touch.
