Dear all,
It's my fifth catalog and it seems impossible for me to find an
approriate strain (dcm- recA- hsdR at least) (dcm- dam- hsdR mcr-
recBC- sbcC- if possible). I need to use the Acc65I enzyme, an
isoschisomere of KpnI and this enzyme is Dcm semsitive. And my plasmid
starts to be large (app 10Kb). Does anyone know about such a strain ?
