bacterial spores to vegetative cells

MAybe 85 degrees isint enough. I suggest a lower temperature for a longer
interval of time (i.e. 50-60 gedrees for 30 mins). If this doesnt work, he
spores are probably genetically defective or absent (I see no other
solution).
