I have some durgs I want to test on Candida Albicans. These drugs are on
discs (biodiscs sold by bioMérieux). What is the best way to test if
they are lethal to C. albicans. One way I was intending to try is to
resuspend a culture of this yeast in a quantity of YPD+agar, plate the
resuspension and put the disk in the middle of the plate and see if
cells around it die. Is this a good way and are ther others.
