Hi,
Is it possible to study biocidal properties of compounds using ATP monitoring kits. My problem is that background contamination hence ATP may be present in the compounds prior to measurement. I want to spike the compounds with fix dilutions of bacteria and study the compounds effect kinetically.
I propose to use microplates.
Has anybody got any suggestions on how to proceed.
