I have some slants of environmental isolates of bacteria and fungi that
will be sent to me. I doubt they will grow. So- I was thinking of using
PCR to amplify from boiled preps something to sequence. What is the
cheapest way to go at this? How little of each one can I sequence and
get an identification?
I know very little about this, so direction appreciated.
