I am currently carrying out a series of experiments on unpasteurised cheese, I managed to isolate Listeria grayi, Since I know a great deal about its friend Listeria monocytogenes and next to nothing on Listeria grayi if there's anyone out there that can help give me any info at all I'd appreciate it.
