Hi,
I have a question about Western blots. I have raised antiserum against the
protein I would like to express in E. coli. Now I have one problem (well
actually two). When I do a normal western blot then i don't see any reaction
occuring. If I use ECL then I see lot's of bands. Actually I see almost
every E. coli protein. I have tried to preadsorb my serum with E. coli
proteins but this didn't reduce this. Anybody has had this experience as
well? Or anybody knows another way to reduce this??
