Isolation : you have to dilute and isolate the colonies on Petri dishes with an
universal or a spécific medium (like MRS)
Identification : a good method is the API 50CHL gallery of BioMerieux after
anaérobic culture on MRS medium. Then for a precise characterization of the
type, you will fid informations in the Bergey's Manual or in "H. de Roissart,
F.M. Luquet, Bactéries Lactiques, Vol 1 et 2, LORICA, Uriage, 1994 (in french).
