I'm a student in predictive microbiology. I'm looking for information about
the inhibiting effects of fatty acids (especially volatile one) from food
components on pathogenic bacteria. I've lots of information about lactic
acid but nothing else.
I've to do a bibliographic report in order to start experiments so I'll be
pleased to have your help.
