I don't know how high quality DNA you are looking for, but I am
attaching a WordPerfect file of simple and quick genomic DNA extraction
procedures for both gram positive and negatives. I routinely use DNA
from this procedure for cloning, Southern blotting and PCR, but I have
no experience with other techniques. Hopefully it works for you!
