Basic questions about viruses

Hello!

I have some basic questions concerning viruses:

1.) What are the most common methods to count the overall number of
virions, i.e. the number of virus particles (regardless of infectivity /
functionality)?

2.) Where can I look up the particle to PFU ratio for most viruses?
