Dear Len,
We at Innogenetics have a vast microbiology program oriented at rapid
DNA testing of bacterial species and their resistances. Only a few of
the dozens of tests are on the market (mycobacterium typing and
rifampicin resistance). All the assays are based on the Line Probe Assay
(LiPA) principle and some real-time PCR assays are being developed.
