Just happened to have an oxoid manual with me, hope it helps,
lab-lemco powder 1.0 gm/L
Yeast extract 2.0 gm/L
peptone 5.0 gm/L
sodium chloride 5.0 gm/L
Agar 15.0 gm/L
pH 7.4 +/- 0.2
suspend ingredients in 1 litre of distilled water. bring to the boil to
dissolve completely. Sterilise by autoclaving at 121 oC for 15 minutes.
