Hello
I'm working at a company in holland
and we have a problem with the sterility test of a product
wich contains tetracycline. We are not able to vallidate the sterility test.
we are yousing the steritest of millipore (tried the normal (blue) one and
the one for antibiotics (red)) but still the S.aureus B.subtilus and the
C.sporogones won't grow
Can any body help us
We want something that inactivates tetracycline but keeps the solution going
thrue the fliter(filtreerbaar)
