Hi,
I'm doing shotgun cloning of antibiotics-resistant determinant from Micococcus luteus, gram-
positive bacteria.
But I have failed so far.
I need helps to know whether M.luteus gene is well cloned or expressed in E.coli, whether there
is good vector for gram-positive cell cloning.
I need any advices for cloning.
