Hi there, does anybody have an idea how could I block/destroy Fc domain of an antibody (primary antibody) so that it would not be recognised by (otherwise) appropriate secondary antibody? Would incubation with Protein A do the trick? Thanx, Goran pavlakovic at gmx.net
