Hi
I am a engineering student study bacterial adhesion to collagen under
shear conditions in a perfusion chamber
I am trying to stain Staphylococcus aureus with Acridine Orange to count
the bacteria which adhere under flow. Unfortunately the dye leaks and also
photobleaches rapidly.
Could anyone suggest a different dye or a suitable protocol for Acridine
Orange?
