Hi, all, 

I am preparing microtubule from porcine brain tissue with
temperature-dependent  assembly scheme, but not always successful yet after
many
times. Is there anyone who has dealt with porcine brain tubule, and
kindly tell me which step is the bottleneck and, if possible,  gift me a
detailed procedure.
