Hi,
I had a few questions to ask on the function of yeast.
Firstly, how exactly does the organism function? I.e. What enzymes does
it employ in carrying out respiration?
Why do we use yeast in preference over other organisms in biological
experiments? Is it their rate of cell division?
What are the advantages of yeast that give it this preference?
