cultivation of Leuconostoc mesenteroides

Hi, Ricki

As a clinical microbiologist, I do not find L.
mesenteroides too often, but when I do it grows quite
easily on sheep-blood agar or choc-agar incubated at
37ºC-24h in normal atmosphere. Maybe that it takes
more than 24h to grow at 28ºC.Take it easy.(Or maybe
it doesn´t like tomato at all....:)).
