Hi folks.
I was wondering if anyone has the procedure handy for the spot test for Esculin
(for anaerobes.) The reference I have is JCM 29:1955-1958, 1991. The JCM on
the net only goes back to 1992. I haven't had a chance to check our library
yet, & hoped that someone from this group might have the article or procedure
handy.
