Hallo to everybody who is working on cDNA library construction.
Since a long time ( to long) I try to construct a cDNA library of human
epithelial cells Me180.For that I use the Promega Kit and the expression
vector pcDNA3.1.
But until now I couldn´t get any successful cloning and in the case of
the cDNA I don´t have an idea to check the quality, for example of the
adaptor ligation.
O.K so if somebody is sitting in the same shit or, please contact me to
exchange experiences.
Or maybe there is somebody who got the problem and can help me - that
would be great.
I am also interest in a made Me180 cDNA library, if it exist in
somebodies lab. Or who knws, where I can buy such a library.
