I have developed a method for activity staining of xylanases and
cellulases that can detect up to 1 milliunit of the activity after PAGE.
To test this method I need different samples varying in thier optimum
pH, temperature, composition, expected number of bands, etc.
Please send me samples with maximum technical information (at least
enzyme quantitation).
