I have developed a method for activity staining of the two enzymes which
can detect up to 1 milliunit of activity after PAGE. I need different
samples (possibly quantitated) with one/ multiple enzyme bands acive at
different pH values. This will enable me to test the method.
Can somebody provide me the same?
