Does anybody know about thermo resistant bacteria, actually bacilli,
tetraciliate, gram variable, spore forming, slow growers, able to produce
lactic acid mainly
which survives in acid fruit juices.
I bear interest in literature on ethiology, detection and cuantification
methods, biochemical studies, enrichment methods.
Any help welcome
