I have a requirement for a solution which will be effective in
germinating spores. I have found that depending on the spore, it may
require nutrients such as amino acids, or glucose, and other may require
calcium or phosphorous, or some combination of these.
I was wonder if anyone had a handle on a sloution which would be
effective in germinating all fungal and endospores in a reasonable
amount of time.
