I am trying to prepare the Standard Method 5210-D (Respirometric
method) of the Standard Methods for the examination of water and
wastewater.
If somebody has experience with this method or with other
microbiological media using Fe-chelate, I would be very grateful if
you could answer to my question:
To prepare the trace element solution, it is neccesary to add 100 mg
of Fe-chelate (FeCl3-EDTA). I do not know how to prepare this
chelate.
