Hi,
I am looking for information on the simplest method of assessing
sewage pollution in marine sediments i.e. beaches. Can water
methods be used with a simple serial dilution pretreatment?
i.e. 10g sediment into 90mls water = first dilution, then use
standard methods?
Advice on WWW sources of methods also appreciated.
