HI I'm trying to mobilize back a genomic bank from E.coli to Rhizobium. My plasmid cannot replicate in Rhizobium and hence I'm selecting for recombinant containing also the plasmid (Ampicillin resistance). My question, beside the ratio, how much recipient and donor should I mix? Thanks, Mounir
