Hi.
I need some help pertaining to protein diversity between bacterial
strains.
When we conducted a standard protocol , ( ie gel electrophoresis ) ,
and obtained a gel picture , how is it possible to measure the
molecular weight of the bands identified , relative to a standard
weight using a semi log graph paper.?
