LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
Labatt Brewing Company Limited is a world leader in brewing, fermentation
and yeast technology. We are seeking a contract position to help lead
projects on the development and characterisation both yeast and novel
fermentation techniques. Duration of the contract is for 1 year to 18
months. The successful candidate will possess a B.Sc (or M.Sc) in
Biochemistry, Microbiology or related field and will have experience with
yeast fermentation or microbial cell culture techniques. The candidate must
also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be familiar
with personal computing and be able to work in an integrated team
environment. Compensation package is competitive.
