"RT-PCR is one of the methods used by itself or as part of a series of
experiments which can be used to amplify and quantify RNA by producing
cDNA from mRNA. Several questions should be answered to determine if
RT-PCR is the best experimental technique to use or if other methods are
better experimental options."
