Mycoplasma in general is not uncommon.
I think what all this is about is a certain species that is supposed to do
something with the immune-system. In the case of the Bijlmer-crash people have
been tested by people who are also involved in the Gulf War syndrome.
Also some scientists think there is a relationship between AIDS and certain
Mycoplasma species.
