Thanks for the information. Very interesting! We use UV for keeping
large numbers of bacteria from proliferating in biohazard hoods, and also
for in-line bacterial reduction in RO water purification systems.
However, we do not make any sterilization claims, as the FDA would want to
see a validation package to prove it. On the other hand, if I have to set
up a QA lab in Africa, I'll have to keep the info you provided in mind!
