Hi surely " unhygenic food " is more likely to contain pathogens than "
hygenic food " . With the great increase in the number of new ready to
eat food producers, not all of whom have the experience with food safety
programmes of some of the "old" producers eg the dairy industry there is
surely going to be more outbreaks of food poisoing. Most people eat out
regularly these days. I also wish they would check the temperatures of
their fridges occassionally, some people think 10 deg C is cold.
