Hi chris,
i prefer to autoclave my media in 1 litre erlenmeyers. But take care, more than
600mL per bottle will cause overcoocking. If you have a well working autoclav
that gets 2 atm of pressure, 20 minutes at 120°C are long enough to sterilize
all that you want.
