Well the classic is a bound series of three papers published by 
the society for general microbiology. It goes by the imaginative 
title of "The Cyanobacteria". I'm not sure where you would get 
it from, I picked mine up at a conference. Alternatively Bergeys 
manual of systematic bacteriology has a slightly simpler system.
