Someone had inquired re. id of this bug. If he or she is still around, I'll note that Bergey's Syst. maintained the name based on precedence but observed that it may be suspect. That said, Bergey's notes it is a fluorescent pseudomonad (presum. on King's A or B) and recommends Wong and Preece. 1979. J. Appl. Bact 47:401 for id.
