help me to prepare media for Pseudomonas

Hi

I was just wondering how the two media described in previous mails (one
containing Cetrimide and other Triclosan) for Psuedomonas differ from
PAF agar medium described by Wong and Preece, 1979.  Do these media have
any advantages over PAF??  I use PAF for culturing Pseudomonas.
