I assume you mean spectrophotometer? I also assume you mean to do a growth
curve to estimate cfu/ml based on spec readings?
Try 550 to 600 nm. As long as you set up your growth curve correctly, a
wavelength in that range should work just peachy. Just stick with whatever
you started with.
