toxin decontamination??

If you wish to remove the bugs, try filtration.  If you are more
concerned with "detoxifying" the toxin, folks have used heat,
formaldehyde treatment and simple aging to denature to protein
sufficiently to remove the toxic potential while maintaining the
antigenic character.
