I'm trying to put together a paper regarding Bacillus contamination of food products. Does anybody know a reference for finding the generation time of Bacillus spp. post sporulation? I'd really appreciate any feedback or guesses! Thanks, Adrienne Brouwer ahbrouwer at ucdavis.edu
